Registration webpage is only for doctors who work at healthcare institutions or organizations only within Saudi Arabia and have
suspected cystic fibrosis patients who are in need for CFTR genotype testing.
- Vertex will not have any access to any patients’ personal data as patient name, ID number, contact information, etc.
- This registration webpage is opened for a limited time.
By your registration you accept:
- Vertex can use your data and share them with its partners for purposes of this activity
- To receive printed genotype testing vouchers from Vertex/Vertex partners
- To receive electronic communications: emails, text messages, phone calls etc. from Vertex/Vertex partners
- CFTR genotype testing vouchers will include specific instructions that must be followed
- CFTR genotype testing vouchers will have a specific expiry dates
- To collect any necessary consents as per local regulations
- CFTR Genotype testing is intended and prepared only to support CF community and patients for a current unmet medical need, and only within Saudi Arabia
- CFTR Genotype testing is not intended to influence any decision to obtain or retain business, to gain improper advantage, or to induce such person or group of persons to prescribe, supply, administer, recommend, buy or sell any of Vertex’s medicinal products or perform another function in violation of Applicable Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to inducements , bribes, kickbacks and facilitation payments
- CFTR Genotype testing is limited in number and time and can be stopped at any time
